Implementation

Mainstreet's twelve-week deployment methodology is a well-defined successful process for implementation of BusinessFlow. If your company’s situation requires it, the process can sometimes be compressed to 6 weeks. During the process, experienced engineers take a hands-on approach in assisting our clients through the specifics of the business environment. It starts with an operational review. Mainstreet team members or Partner Integrators then facilitate the importing data and the connection to legacy systems, third party logistics companies, warehousing systems, and any other systems you may use. We then assist to configure BusinessFlow to match your operations, automate your processes, setup your custom Website or Websites, and assure that your users are fully trained to get the most out of BusinessFlow. The flexibility for implementation ranges from using BusinessFlow out-of-the-box with just basic configuration to a highly tuned environment to meet your company’s requirements.

Very often BusinessFlow serves as the data hub in our client’s enterprise with the spokes being ERP systems, WMS systems, and various other technologies.  In order to accomplish smooth, dependable integrations, within BusinessFlow, Mainstreet engineers created an industry leading synchronization tool set.  This tool set is critical in that it does the heavy lifting for BusinessFlow integrations, requiring little to accomplish otherwise complex tasks.  In addition, this same synchronization tool set facilitates the creation of automations on top of BusinessFlow that are specific to our client's purposes and needs.  For both integrations and automations, Mainstreet’s professional services will assist you in defining an architecture for the flow of data in your company and assure stability and flexibility as your company continues to grow.

Mainstreet's Professional services provide everything needed to get the most out of BusinessFlow and grow your company.  We assist with every step along the way from solution architecture at the very start, to integrations, automations, training services, operational support, and e-business strategy and execution.

As part of Mainstreet's technical support and drive to deliver outstanding Professional Services, Mainstreet maintains an online portal which is a primary resource for registered users and developers on the Mainstreet BusinessFlow platform. Registered users and developers have access to documentation, how-to articles, and a searchable knowledge base. The Portal also contains Mainstreet's Incident Management System (IMS). IMS is designed so that your requests for Professional Services work and bug submissions are managed properly and efficiently. Whether you have a question, problem, or suggestion, Mainstreet engineers are dedicated to keeping your operation at peak performance.

Within the support department, Mainstreet has three programs: Basic, Priority and Dedicated.
