support and training, MainStreet's support organization and network of Partner Integrators deliver.
Implementation
MainStreet's eight-week deployment methodology is a well-defined successful process for implementation of
BusinessFlow. Experienced engineers take a hands-on approach in assisting customers through the process based on
the specifics of the business environment. It starts with an operational review. MainStreet Partner Integrator engineers,
experts in integration work, then facilitate importing data and the connection to legacy systems, third party logistics companies,
warehousing facilities, and just about any other software you may use. The Integrator then configures BusinessFlow to match your
operations and automate your processes, wires your custom Website or Websites, order entry portals, order management
portals, and supplier portals, and makes sure that your users are fully trained to get the most out of BusinessFlow.
Customization
Clients who wish to leverage MainStreet's enterprise-class software, extend the software to meet specific growth
opportunities, and seamlessly integrate other technologies may leverage MainStreet's network of Partner Integrators.
The network is comprised of architects, engineers, and programmers, well-versed and
world-class in development on the BusinessFlow platform. MainStreet's Partner Integrators customize,
modify, and extend BusinessFlow to meet your specific needs. Experienced engineers regularly manage
complex operating environments and will work with you to integrate BusinessFlow with other applications.
In many cases, you will find that the heavy lifting is already done. From calling a Web Service to managing the
scheduled pick-up and processing of files, and from the import of inventories to the export of orders, MainStreet delivers.
Software Maintenance, Support, and Training
MainStreet's maintenance, support and training services provide everything needed to keep the software up-to-date
and get the get the most out of BusinessFlow. If you elect the Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) option,
you automatically receive all major releases and minor updates. Just login and you will find the latest functions and
features.
As part of MainStreet's technical support and drive to deliver outstanding Professional Services,
MainStreet maintains an online portal which is a primary resource for registered users and developers
on the MainStreet BusinessFlow platform. Registered users and developers have access to SDK releases,
documentation, how-to articles, and a searchable knowledge base.
The Portal also contains MainStreet's Incident Management System (IMS). IMS is designed so that your requests for
Professional Services work and bug submissions are managed properly and efficiently. Whether you have a question,
problem, or suggestion, MainStreet engineers will assist you.
