BusinessFlow's reporting drills down to each granular transaction, on each marketing campaign, on each item, on each customer. Every field and attribute across every object in the system is queryable and reportable. The toolset provides detail as to every aspect of items, inventory status, customers, orders, purchase orders and transactions. Your entire enterprise is visible, every bit of data, any way you want to see it. BusinessFlow's job system provides for complete query, filtering, and reporting against any object in the database and is configurable to automate reporting processes.
In addition, BusinessFlow's Web Services interface and configurable import/export tools enable easy or integration with legacy systems, third party software, and other entities including shipping providers. BusinessFlow's RAMP client, another piece of BusinessFlow's data management architecture, operates in a disconnected or Internet connected state to allow for maximum flexibility. RAMP enables the mapping of delimited external files, the augmentation of data, and import into BusinessFlow. Processes that are to be repeated are managed through BusinessFlow's job system.
